Health and Fitness

During the school closures, it is important for you and your child to try to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. This can be difficult given the circumstances, and is dependent on the space you have available, but 30-60 minutes of exercise a day will have huge benefits for your physical and mental health. Not only will it help keep your body in shape, but it will give your brain a boost and make you feel more energetic for the rest of the day. Try some of these great activities below and have some fun!
