Temporary Part Time Enhanced Teaching Assistant
Grade 5 Pt 7-12 (£19,554 – £21,589) pro-rata)
22.5 Hours per week term time only
Monday – Tuesday 8.30am – 3.30pm
Wednesday – Friday 8.30am – 12pm
Required for Tuesday 1st September 2020 until 20th July 2021.
The Governors wish to appoint a committed, highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. The successful candidates will be required to provide support for all pupils including children with SEN. There will also be opportunities to work with individual or groups of children across the school.
The candidates should have the following:-
• A good understanding of children’s learning.
• Sound practical, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Experience of supporting children with SEN.
• Experience of working with children in KS2, Year 6 particularly.
• Experience of working with children who have ASD and ADHD would be a distinct advantage.

Essential Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English grade A – C, NVQ 3 or CACHE level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, good numeracy and literacy skills
